Raytek Ti30 High Performance Thermal Imager: Designed for All Day Testing

Today's busy maintenance organizations require a thermal imager with the battery life and internal memory to support all-day, uninterrupted infrared inspections. But some imagers have longer recharge times than discharge times, and require at least one spare battery (often costing over $400) for a continuous, full day of scanning. They may also have inadequate, internal memory for storing images requiring cumbersome, external memory devices.

The Raytek ThermoView Ti30 thermal imager enables infrared inspections all day every day. The Ti30 operates for over 5 1/2 hours (continuous use) on one fully charged battery. Because most users do not scan continuously during a typical workday, the Ti30's industry leading battery life and internal image storage capacity (100 images) is more than enough for an 8-hour shift. Other systems would require three batteries, multiple chargers, and additional memory devices for similar performance.

The user ends each day by placing the Ti30 on the docking station and downloading stored images/data to the InsideIR PC software. With the station's AC power supply connected, battery charging begins immediately (taking less than 2 hours to complete). The next morning (or even the next shift), one simply uploads the planned inspection route into the camera to begin testing.
