The NRS VA3 portable vibration data collector and analyzer is a powerful unit equipped for mechanical defect analysis such as unbalance, misalignment, resonance and looseness, as well as bearing condition analysis and lubrication analysis. The VA3 measures in FFT spectrum, orders and time signals, working as either a data collector or as an analyzer with a single-button to switch modes. The 12MB memory allows for a large amount of data archiving with fast data processing for analysis. The NRS VA3 is supplied with a padded carrying case, full instructions, and all applicable cables and accessories. The VA3 utilizes DDS2000 software for analysis and reporting capabilities.
The NRS VA3 is manufactured with several modifications available. The standard instrument is the Analyzer Pro, which includes measurements of overall values, time signals, FFT spectra, order analysis, envelope analysis, bearing condition values, process values and speed. Measurements are taken in a multiplexed 2-channel mode (non-synchronous). The data is saved into memory for future evaluations. The following options are available for the VA3
Analyzer Pro:
• DataCollector: Enables use of all possible measurements in the Data Collector/Route mode. The route is defined in DDS 2000 software and transferred to the A4300 via the RS232 communication interface. Manual data input is also available via the instrument keyboard.
• DualChannel: Synchronous (simultaneous) measurement in 2 channels.
• Balancing: Balancing in 1 and 2 planes with trim.
