The newly launched National Reliability Systems VA3 is a portable, single or dual channel vibration data collector and analyzer, with a small dimension and weight (2 lbs), large, high-resolution LCD display, 12MB memory and a powerful processor for fast data analysis. The VA3 is equipped for bearing condition analysis and mechanical defect analysis such as unbalance, misalignment, resonance, and looseness. The VA3 enables FFT spectrum measurement, order analysis and time signal analysis and can work as either a data collection device or an analyzer.
With the NRS DDS 2000 software, the VA3 is a mighty weapon in predictive maintenance. The DDS 2000 software system is a powerful tool for storage and evaluation of vibration and technical diagnostics data. Optional instrument interfaces allow the user to connect portable and on-line measuring instruments supplied by National Reliability Systems to a single database system. The database of the DDS 2000 system uses SQL and ODBC standards to process data. It is an open system, which can receive and send information to other information systems. The DDS 2000 system fulfils all network operation requirements, allowing several users to access a database simultaneously.
