The SDT Ultrawave 170MD is the complete ultrasonic inspection and predictive maintenance trending machine. With all the features of the 170S Standard and 170M Multifunctional, we've added a 15,000-point internal data collector that interfaces directly with you PC via DataManager software.
DataManager software is the bridge between your SDT 170 MD Ultrasonic Detector and your PC. All data measured by the SDT 170 MD is stored onboard. DataManager retrieves the data via serial or USB to your PC. DataManager organizes the measurements and presents the data in a variety of ways. One click data transfer transports your information to MS Excel or ASCII text. Some CMMS companies have written direct links to DataManager for cross platform data sharing.
Customized routes are created within DataManager and uploaded to the SDT 170MD. Warning and alarm levels are set for individual assets and data can be presented in list or graphical form.
