New Product Development Engineer
Mena, Arkansas - electrical motor manufacturing plant

Primary responsibilities:
Support of design and production validation of large horizontal and vertical electrical machines. 
Technical support of production and quality issues.
Utilization of a wide variety of testing equipment to monitor equipment performance and establishing diagnostic plans and corrective actions.
Analysis of manufacturing and design problems.

Experience:
Minimum of five years rotating equipment experience in manufacturing or field service.
Experience in vibration analysis, ball and hydrodynamic beraring problems, motor fan and cooling systems, and noise analysis.
Hands-on working ability.

Education:
BSME (minimum requirement).
