and facility maintenance management, seeks an Inside Sales Specialist.
Function:
Candidate will be responsible for lead generation, lead qualification and sales support
activities for our software products and professional services groups. Telephone calls to
prospective clients will be required to introduce AssetPoint, determine budget, approval
authority, need and timelines for projects in addition to scheduling follow up calls and
meetings for further opportunity qualification. The successful candidate will record all
activities in Salesforce.com and prepare turnover documents for Account Executives
regarding qualified opportunities.
This position will report to the Vice President of Global Marketing.
Skills and Experience:
Prior experience with inside sales for computer software products is required. Prior
experience with inside sales for maintenance software is desired. Candidate should have
excellent verbal skills along with the ability to follow a logic thread during conversation
with client. Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel
are desired.

The Program Manager also prepares necessary audits, metrics, and reports and is responsible for the coordination of the site safety program.
