Position Description:

The Maintenance Advisor leads improvement initiatives targeting leading practice work management in the operations/maintenance work cycles at all Kennecott sites, facilitating effective, productive and efficient operations. The role has significant collaborative aspects that require relationship building with and amongst Asset Management professionals and managers across Kennecott, at other Rio Tinto business units and with Rio Tinto Technology and Innovation Asset Integrity. Responsibilities:

Apply advanced maintenance technical/functional expertise

Extensive technical knowledge/experience (6 - 12 years) in Asset Management positions
Experience with complex problem identification, solution development and action implementation.
Experience in advancing modern asset management philosophies / programs
Certification for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (CMRP) as given by the Society of
Maintenance & Reliability Professionals is viewed favorably
Experience with work management, preventive maintenance, condition based / predictive
